Ever notice how when you start suffering from insomnia, you start worrying more about bedtime? The stress of it can be with you all day. In the morning you wake up and wonder if you might sleep better tonight. In the evening, you start stressing about when you should go to sleep, if you will sleep, how long you will lie in bed NOT sleeping, etc.
It’s terrible. And the worst thing is that it contributes to MORE insomnia! Stress, anxiety and depression can all cause insomnia. Find something to take your mind off it. Do something fun or relaxing or whatever you can think of.
